ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
We use the Stripe payment gateway for all online credit card transactions.
All payments made through Stripe are securely processed and fully encrypted. Payment is processed automatically with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card details are never stored or visible to us or any third party.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery details.
We only deliver to valid residential and business addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or GPO Boxes.
Orders placed with unsupported delivery addresses may be delayed until a valid address is provided.
RETURNS & REFUNS
Due to the nature of consumable goods, we do not accept returns on products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
