Latte Art Course: $280 per person (Tax included) We will teach you the art of milk stretching & the correct technique of pouring the milk, bringing up the crema so you not only get the full flavour of the coffee, but also the silky-smooth texture of the milk. What you will learn • The science of producing silky milk • Jugs difference and various patterns • Milk behaviour • Free-pouring and Etching & combinations of both • Fine Hearts, Tulips and Rosettas • Multiple patterns including swans & peacocks • What you will get • You will receive a Certificate of Achievement at the completion of the class. • Latte art Courses are limited to two participants.
