SHIPPING

ROASTING SCHEDULE

We only  roast three days a week;Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Generally, dispatched orders will have a roast date on them 24hrs - 96hrs post the roast date. So, if your order is dispatched on a Wednesday, you can expect that you coffee will be roasted on the Tuesday before, or very close to that. Orders received after 9am Thursday to the following Monday, including the weekend will receive the freshest Roast date available upon dispatch time.

DISPATCH

We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.  And we can only ship within Australia.

We ship all our domestic parcels using Sendle. You can view the expected network delivery speeds via your order confirmation email, or by reaching out to us. Please note that we cannot change the location of your parcel once it has left our warehouse. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched. 


From our roastery dispatch, you can expect most standard delivery orders to major metro areas to take up to 2-4 business days. TAS, SA, WA & NT, Regional or Rural areas may take a little longer.

You can qualify for Free Shipping when spending $75 or more on any item. If your order is under $75 per shipment, you will be charged a flat rate of $12.95 AUD within Australia.

For all orders shipped with Sendle, they specialise in door-to-door delivery, If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will either be left at the premises in a safe spot, delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery. Sendle can’t deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.

Please understand that we do our very best to dispatch your order as soon as we possibly can. Once it is with our courier provider, we cannot speed up the delivery times for as this is out of our control. 

ORDER TRACKING

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. This is emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
